[About this work]
Its shape with the feeling of the birth of life makes you feel freedom expanding sideways and life's breath towards the sky. Its poetry and romance inspired by nature and life from ancient times appeals to our hearts directly and has a unique aroma. A profound background of our lives, in other words a flow of our thoughts and a wave of our emotions that leads to the old ancestors' origin, is hidden in this work, and it lives as the core of the work's appeal. The appearance of birds flying freely in the sky seems to represent the artist's mind. You will have a feeling of eternity in your minds for a moment.
[Regarding the production]
This work, which has both Japanese traditional beauty sense and contemporary expression as an art at even more international place in Japan (in the international society), has subdued colors and sophisticates the space as a contemporary work. The birds on the right wall was expressed with the subdued gold and silver according to Mr. Takahashi's instruction.
