Artist's Message

Ludwig SchaffrathStained Glass ArtistMankind has enabled us to encounter someone in different places or coutries more easily and more quickly by new technologies.
We can understand the above is useful for the peace of mankind from the fact that Osaka, which is away from Leningrad, Milan, San Francisco, Melbourne, Sao Paulo and Shanghai, respectively, has friendly relationships with them as its sister cities.
Although the mosaic theme "Sky Station" can be realized with today's technology, I hope that it will exist in this place as an extraordinary thing in the area, let people open their eyes, let them think and let them dream in outer space.
