The copyrights to the public art works displayed on this website (https://jptca.org/en/) belong to the respective parties who collaborated in the installation of each artwork, including the original artists, sponsors, the Association, and the fabricators.
Except for the public art works, the copyrights to all information, photographs, images, videos, and designs on this website belong to the Association unless otherwise noted.
1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, broadcasting, public transmission, translation, sale, or lending of any copyrighted materials (photographs, images, text, etc.) from this site, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
2. Requesting Permission for Image Use
If you wish to use or reprint images from this site, you must obtain prior permission from the Association. Please click “Contact Us” in the footer (at the bottom of the page) to launch your email client and provide the following details:。
・The image(s) you wish to use (Please provide the URL of the page or the name of the work).
・Purpose of use and project overview (Media name, project description, scheduled publication date, duration of use, etc.).
・Your organization name and contact information.
We will review your request and respond accordingly. Please note that permission may be declined depending on the nature of the request or the artist’s intentions.
[Note] When using images of public art works, please be advised that it may take some time for us to respond. This is because, in addition to the Association’s approval, permission from the copyright holders, such as the original artists, may also be required. We kindly ask that you consult with us well in advance of your intended use.
