Stained Glass

Stained Glass "Keika" / Original Painter : Yuki OGURA, Supervisor : Masako OGURA / Waiting lobby, Chugoku Rosai Hospital / Installed on October, 2002

Commentary

Ms. Yuki Ogura gave love affections to flowers and still lifes around us, and drew a lot of natural and warm works with them as the themes. Those works are full of serenity, unwillingness and familiarity.
This stained glass was reconstructed as "Light World" by making use of transparent of bright glass based on her works of heart-warming flowers in every season, such as plums and irises that blooms in the garden of her house.
It gives rich coloring and warmth to the visitors' hearts.
